Our strategy for success begins with a consultation call to better understand your hiring needs. We will ask you questions to determine whether you’re hiring one candidate or several, if you need help retaining your current employees, or if you are interested in establishing mentoring programs as part of your overall staffing plan. Our goal is to be your partner in success, and we will listen closely to your needs and your challenges during this call so we can determine how to best serve you.

Candidate Sourcing

After our initial consultation call, our process is as follows:

1. We will email you our clinic questionnaire.
   This document has been thoughtfully designed with our partners in mind and is used to help us understand what sets your clinic apart from the rest. This is the time to brag about all of the things that make your clinic amazing. We ask that you take your time and provide as much detail as possible when filling out this questionnaire. The more information we have about your clinic, the better our chances of finding the perfect vet tech, veterinary assistant, office manager, groomer, veterinarian, etc. for you.
   
   
2. We’ll start searching for the perfect candidate.
   Once we have your completed clinic questionnaire, we’ll start searching for candidates. We will create and place multiple ads in desirable locations where veterinary professionals search for jobs.
   
   
3. Set up job interviews.
   Our team will arrange interviews with everyone who applies to ensure that you are receiving quality candidates, retaining current clients who may be applying for open positions, and picking up new clients along the way - all adding to your clinic’s success.
   
   
4. Choose and hire a candidate.
   It’s up to you whether you’d like us to select the perfect candidate for your team or if you’d rather have us narrow down the search to the top three candidates and allow you to make the final decision. Either way, once a person has been chosen, we will extend the job offer and negotiate agreeable terms.
